We want you to be satisfied, so all eligible products purchased on Veo Baby's can be refunded within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our support team at info@veobabys.com or on WhatsApp and explain the reason and we will help you accordingly. Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Please note that certain restrictions may apply and some purchases may not be eligible for refunds. What can I do if there are missing or incorrect items when my order arrives?
For missing or mis-shipped items, please contact us at info@veobabys.com or on WhatsApp. Please quote your order number and provide us with proof: a picture of the incorrect items will suffice. We will be more than happy to resend the corrected items at no additional cost, and we will not ask you to return the item that was sent incorrectly! You can keep it as a gift from us.
What can I do if my package is lost?
